Prime Reception exists because too many great local businesses were losing customers to voicemail and dated websites. We help them fix both.
We started Prime Reception after watching restaurants, tradespeople, and clinics lose real revenue to unanswered calls and websites that didn't quite work on a phone. The tools existed — they just weren't set up for a small business owner already stretched thin.
So we bundled the pieces: a 24/7 bilingual AI receptionist trained on your business, and a website designed to convert the traffic it earns. One partner, one bill, one team you can actually reach.
We're based in Winnipeg. We drive to meetings. We answer our phones (and if we don't, our AI does).
